电磁自动过滤筛的设计

摘要 针对玻璃理化实验中,原料的过滤筛选仍采用人工方式,费时费力、效率低下等问题,开发了可以自动筛选玻璃原料的电磁自动过滤筛。机械部分由长行程推拉电磁铁、过滤筛及支架组成,实现了自动往复运动,并且可以设置运行参数;控制部分采用上、下位机方式,可方便更改运行参数。实践证明,系统性能稳定、运行可靠、人机界面直观灵活。 In the glass physical and chemical experiments,the filtration of glass raw materials is still the way of screening by artificial screening,which is time-consuming and laborious,and the efficiency is low.In view of the above problems,an automatic filter screen which can automatically filter the raw material of glass is developed.The mechanical part is composed of a long stroke push-pull electromagnet,a filter screen and a bracket.The device can realize the automatic reciprocating motion,and can set up various operating parameters.And the control part is compsosed of upper monitor and lower machine.It can easily change the operating parameters.The system performance is stable and reliable.Human machine interface is intuitive and flexible.
