摘要
为了满足光纤陶瓷插芯和光纤连接器压接的自动化生产需求,设计了一种基于气动技术的压接机,该系统以气源作为原动力,利用电磁阀控制气缸活塞运动来实现光纤插芯和连接器的压接。重点阐述了系统的硬件设计和工作原理。实际应用表明,该设备能克服人工压接的弊端,压接质量好,工作效率提高了近6倍。
In order to meet the requirement of the automatic production,apress-connection machine which processing optical fiber's ceramic ferrule is designed.In this system,the air source is used as the driving force.The crimp connection of optical fiber and connector is realized by using the solenoid valve to control the piston motion.This paper detailedly introduces the design of hardware structure and working principle.By practical application,the machine can overcome the disadvantages of manual operation,and the press-connection quality is good,and the work efficiency is increased by 6times.
