摘要
基于UG/NX三维造型软件,对水轮机进水球阀进行三维建模和焊接工艺表达,并在该平台上开发了焊接工艺计算模块。该模块包括焊接类型的判断、焊接连接部件的分析、焊接工艺信息的计算和焊接信息的保存等功能,能够快速分析和计算出进水球阀所有焊接表达的信息,包括焊接类型、焊接长度、总体积、焊条重量等,对后续设计和加工工艺进行指导,极大地提高设计和生产效率。
This paper has realized the 3Dmodeling and expression of welding process of turbine inlet valve by UG/NX,and developed the welding calculation module.By identifying the type of welding,judging the connection parts,calculating the length and cross-sectional area of the welding,this module can quickly analyze the expression of welding of the inlet valve,including welding type,the welding length,total volume and the weight of welding rod.The case study shows that this module raises the efficiency of turbine inlet valve design.
