摘要
介绍了数控铣床在铣削加工中刀具半径补偿指令的选择及应用。以内、外轮廓零件为例,分别介绍刀具半径补偿的具体方法及步骤,并通过实例介绍了刀具半径补偿指令功能。合理地使用刀具半径补偿指令,能够简化编程,提高效率,提高工件质量。
In the paper,the selection and application of the tool radius compensation command were introduced in the milling process with the CNC milling machine.The milling process of inner and the outer contour of parts were compared,and the specific compensation method and steps of the tool radius compensation were introduced.In addition,tool radius compensation command functions were verified by examples.Using the tool radius compensation command reasonably plays a very important role in improving parts quality,simplifying programming and improving efficiency.
