变频器的工作机理及在冷连轧机组上的应用

摘要 在介绍了变频器变频调速的基本原理与调速特点的基础上,以冷连轧机组为例,从冷连轧机组的入口段、工艺段、出口段入手,分析了变频技术在冷连轧机组上的应用。通过与以往的直流传动系统作对比,可以发现变频传动系统大大地提高了冷连轧机组的动态响应性能,从而进一步提高了冷连轧机组的速度控制精度与张力控制精度,抑制了打滑、热滑伤、松卷以及粘结等缺陷的发生,充分发挥了该机组的潜能。 In this paper,the basic principle and characteristics of frequency converter were introduced.A cold rolling mill was taken as an example,and the application of frequency conversion technology in cold rolling mill was analysed,in aspects of the entrance section of the cold rolling mill,the process and the outlet section.Compared with the previous direct current transmission system,the variable frequency drive system could greatly improve the dynamic response performance of the cold rolling mill,so the speed control precision and the tension control precision of the cold rolling mill were further improved,and the occurrence of defects such as slipping,thermal injury,loose roll and bonding was restrained.The potential capacity of the unit is fully played.
