急倾斜工作面采煤机摇臂及泵站的优化改进

摘要 采煤机在急倾斜工作面工作时,摇臂和泵站系统的故障率较高。针对以上问题对摇臂润滑方式和泵站系统进行改进。通过对摇臂采用强制润滑方式减少齿轮和轴承的损坏,通过对油箱结构和液压系统改进减少管路与阀的损坏,大大降低了采煤机的故障率,为用户的生产进度提供了保障。 When a shearer works on an steeply inclined coal face,the failure rate of its rocker arm and the pump station system is higher.To solve the problem,the rocker lubrication and pumping station system is improved.The rocker arm adopts the forced lubrication method to reduce the damage of gear and bearing,and the pump station is also optimized through the tank structure and hydraulic system improvement to reduce the damage of the piping and valves.After improvement,the failure rate of coal winning machine is greatly reduced.
