摘要
随着中国工业化和城镇化进程的加速,中国正面临资源枯竭、生态环境恶化等问题。近年来,中国城乡居民收入不断提高,生活消费理念也发生了变化,对绿色食品、绿色家居、绿色服装、节能环保家电等低碳、环保产品的消费需求与日递增。可以说,低碳环保正在成为主流社会认同的价值观念,并成为引导未来消费的重要趋势。在市场经济条件下,企业应当积极顺应民众消费需求的变化,立足民众消费需求来安排生产,推进企业的转型升级。为此,政府和企业应当共同努力,立足民众的低碳需求,构建起民众低碳需求与企业低碳生产的联动推进机制,在满足民众低碳消费需求的同时,推进企业生产技术、生产工艺等的转型升级,以低碳生产培育企业核心竞争力。
With the accelerated process of industrialization and urbanization,China is facing such problems as resource depletion,deterioration of ecological environment brought by the economic and social rapid development. In recentyears,the urban and rural residents' income in our country continue to rise,their consumer concept is experiencing an upgrading trend,and their consumption demand for low- carbon,environmental protection products such as green food,green household goods,green clothing,energy- saving and environmental protection household appliance is also increasing. The low- carbon demand has become a value concept approved by the mainstream society,and has gradually become an important trend to guide development of future consumption. Under conditions of the market economy,enterprises should actively capture the public's changes in consumption demand,arrange production according to the public's low- carbon demand and promote their transformation and upgrading. To this end,the government and enterprises should work together to finish construction of the joint advancing mechanism of the public's low- carbon demand and the enterprises' low- carbon production based on the public's low- carbon demand,and promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises' production technology and crafts and cultivate the core competitiveness of enterprises by low- carbon production.
