摘要
利用热重法对Fe-1Cr和Fe-0Cr钢进行恒温氧化动力学研究,计算出这两个钢种的激活能。使用扫描电镜对Fe-1Cr钢氧化后的表面形貌进行观察。结果表明:在120 min高温氧化后,Fe-1Cr的氧化增重要小于Fe-0Cr钢,且Fe-0Cr比Fe-1Cr更易被氧化。在700℃时Fe-1Cr钢氧化表面产物以Fe_3O_4为主,随温度升高,Fe_3O_4表面有Fe_2O_3生成。
The isothermal oxidation kinetics of Fe-1Cr and Fe-0Cr steel was studied by thermogravimetry. The activation energy of the two steels was calculated. The surface morphologies of Fe-lCr steel after oxidation were observed by SEM. The result shows that after high temperature oxidation for 120 rain, Fe-lCr steel has less mass gain than Fe-0Cr steel. Fe-0Cr steel is easier to be oxidized than Fe-1Cr steel. At 700 ℃, the oxidation product of the surface of Fe-lCr steel is mainly Fe304. Fe203is generated on the surface of Fe304 with temperature elevating.
