摘要
在相同的烧结工艺下,研究了烧结温度(1380、1390℃)对YG6超细硬质合金各项性能的影响。结果表明:1380℃加压烧结温度下,YG6硬质合金综合性能均优于1390℃加压烧结制备的YG6硬质合金。当抑制剂中添加0.2%Y2O3时,烧结温度对YG6的抗拉强度影响明显,在1380℃时其抗拉强度为1770 MPa,而在1390℃时其抗拉强度为1430 MPa。
Under the same sintering process, the effects of sintering temperature (1380 ℃, 1390 ℃ ) on the mechanical properties of YG6 cemented carbide were studied. The results show that at 1380 ℃ pressure sintering temperature, the overall performance of YG6 cemented carbide is superior to that of YG6 cemented carbide at 1390 ℃ pressure sintering temperature. When 0.2% Y203 is added into inhibitors, the sintering temperature has great effects on the tensile strength of YG6. The tensile strength is 1770MPa when YG6 is sintered at 1380 ℃. The tensile strength is 1430MPa when YG6 is sintered at 1390 ℃.
