摘要
针对Zr-4合金包壳管状试样的直径小、管壁薄、长度长的特点,进行了气相定量渗氢工艺探索。通过控制通氢量获得了不同氢含量的氢化试样,研究了氢含量对氢化锆试样组织的影响。结果表明:制定的工艺参数满足Zr-4合金包壳氢化样件的制备要求,样件光亮、无裂纹且氢分布均匀。采用气相渗氢方法,通过精确控制通氢量可实现气相定量渗氢。
According to the small diameter, thin wall and long length characteristics of zircaloy-4 cladding, the gaseous quantitative hydrogenation process was explored. Hydrogenation specimens with different hydrogen content can be obtained by changing hydrogen inputting amount. The influence of hydrogen content on the microstructure of zircaloy-4 was studied. The results show that:the established process parameters can satisfy the requirement of the preparation of zircaloy-4 cladding hydrogenation sample piece. The obtained specimens have the characteristic of bright, no crack and even distribution of hydrogen. Gaseous quantitative hydrogenation can be implemented by controlling hydrogen inputting amount.
