摘要
采用等离子体渗氮技术对导板进行了氮化处理,研究了材料渗氮前后的组织,通过耐磨试验研究了渗氮前后试样的耐磨性。结果表明,离子渗氮处理可极大提高导板的耐磨性,580℃渗氮时,该导板材料耐磨性最优,组织中的石墨片层最细。
The nitriding treatment was carried out on wear resistant plate by plasma nitriding technology. The microstructure of the samples before and after nitriding was studied. The wear resistance of the samples before and after nitriding was studied by abrasive test. The results show that the nitriding treatment can greatly improve the wear resistance of the guide plate. The guide plate owns the best wear resistance at nitriding temperature 580℃, and then, the size of graphite flake in mierostrueture is the finest.
