摘要
借助真空电弧熔炼法研究了Cr含量对低合金铸钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,Cr含量为0.569%时,试样的组织和硬度与原料试样相近,其综合力学性能优于原料试样;当Cr含量增加到0.986%时,试样组织中含有大量细针状回火索氏体以及弥散的颗粒状碳化物,此时试样的硬度和强度增加,塑性降低。
The influences of Cr content on the microstructure and properties of low alloy cast steel were investigated by vacuum arc melting. The results show that when Cr content is 0.569%, the microstructure and hardness of the sample are close to the raw material sample, and the comprehensive mechanical properties of the sample are better than that of raw material sample. When Cr content increases to 0.986%, the microstructure of the sample includes a large number of fine acicular tempered sorbite and dispersed granular carbide, and then,the hardness and strength of the sample increase, while the plasticity reduces.
