摘要
通过金相显微镜及金相照片对45钢雾化气体淬火后试件表面和心部的金相组织进行了分析,研究45钢在不同雾化气体压力下的结构组织及变化规律。结果表明,雾化气体淬火过程中水流量对试件最后金相组织的影响要大于气体压力的影响,冷却速度越快越容易得到马氏体组织。
The metallographic microstructure of the surface and the core of the 45 steel after atomized gas quenching was analyzed by optical microscope and metallograph. The microstructure and its change rule of the 45 steel tested specimen were researched under different atomized gas pressures. The results show that the effect of water flow on the final microstructure of the specimen is greater than that of gas pressure. The faster the cooling rate is, the easier to get martensite microstructure is.
