中间合金及均匀化处理对航空用镁合金组织和性能的影响

摘要 研究了AlTiC中间合金及均匀化处理对镁合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,铸态镁合金的物相主要为α-Mg和Mg_3Zn_6Y。随着AlTiC含量的增加,镁合金中第二相Mg_3Zn_6Y衍射峰增强,α-Mg基体由粗大树枝晶向等轴晶变化,Mg_3Zn_6Y相含量增加。随着AlTiC含量的增加,铸态镁合金抗拉强度和伸长率显著变化,AlTiC含量在0.15%时,镁合金抗拉强度达到最大值195.3 MPa。铸态镁合金经均匀化处理后,抗拉强度明显提高。中间合金添加0.15%时,镁合金抗拉强度达到213.5 MPa。 The effects of AlTiC intermediate alloy and homogenization treatment on the microstructure and property of Mg alloy were studied. The results show that the phases of as-cast magnesium alloys are mainly α-Mg and Mg3Zn6Y. With the increase of AlTiC content, the diffraction peak of the second phase Mg3Zn6Y is enhanced, the α-Mg matrix changes from the coarse dendrite grain to the equiaxed grain, and the content of Mg3Zn6Y increases. With the increase of A1TiC content, the tensile strength and elongation of the as-cast magnesium alloy change significantly, .and the tensile strength of Mg alloy is 195.3 MPa when A1TiC content is 0.15%. The tensile strength of as-cast magnesium alloy after homogenization treatment is improved obviously. When adding intermediate alloy to 0.15%, the tensile strength of the alloy is 213.5 MPa.
