摘要
基于薄煤层厚灰岩顶板沿空留巷顶板岩层运动规律及其变形特点,论证了采用普通混凝土巷帮支护的可行性,混凝土充填体能够满足薄煤层厚灰岩顶板岩层运动规律。通过数值模拟软件FLAC^(3D)模拟了不同充填体宽度下的留巷效果,并设计了充填体宽度范围为1.5~2.0 m时混凝土为充填体材料的沿空留巷方案。实践表明,采用临时支护去支护初期顶板,有效控制了顶板初期下沉,有效弥补了混凝土初凝时间长和初凝强度低的缺点;采用混凝土作为充填体材料,很好地适应了采空区厚灰岩顶板岩层的运动,达到预期的留巷效果。
Based on the movement laws of roof strata and deformation characteristics, the feasibility of the ordinary concrete for road- side filling is analyzed, and it can meet the movement laws of the thick gray rock of the thin coal seam. The effect of the gob - side en- try retaining in the width of different filling body is simulated by numerical simulation software FLAC3D, and the width of the determined filling body is 1.5 m to 2.0 m ; the supporting scheme of the concrete filling material is designed. The practice shows that the initial period of the roof is effectively controlled by the use of temporary support, which effectively compensates for the shortcomings of the ini- tial setting time of concrete and the low initial setting strength. Using concrete as the filling material, it is well adapted to the movement of the thick gray rock in the goal.
