摘要
为了消除区段煤柱存在的问题,提高煤炭资源回采率,以常村矿相邻工作面S511和S510为工程背景,提出了上区段运输平巷内构筑充填墙无煤柱开采技术,分析了预筑充填墙无煤柱开采技术原理,确定了充填墙构筑方法与技术关键,给出了充填墙构筑参数确定的原则及过程,采用FLAC^(3D)模拟软件分析了充填墙参数的变化对S510工作面回风平巷围岩变形及其覆岩裂隙扩展的影响规律,确定了充填墙高度为3.5 m,宽度为1.8 m、强度为30~35 MPa。结果表明:采用构筑充填墙无煤柱开采技术应用效果较好,设计的充填墙参数合理,保证了S510工作面回采安全及其回风平巷安全稳定,多采出煤炭资源391 524 t。
n order to eliminate the problems of sectional coal pillar, improve the recovery rate of coal resources, taking Changcun Mine S511 and $510 adjacent faces as engineering background, the paper proposed the technology of section within the conveyer road- way construction of filling wall without coal pillar mining, analyzed the principle of filling wall without coal pillar mining technology, determined the filling wall construction method and key technology, gave the principle and process of filling wall construction parame- ters, adopted the FLAC3D simulation software to analyze the influence rule of parameters change of filling wall on SS10 return air road- way surrounding rock deformation and the overburden rock fracture extension, determined value of the filling wall height of 3.5 m, width of 1.8 m and intensity of 30 MPa to 35 MPa respectively. Field application results show that the construction of filling wall with- out coal pillar mining technology has good application effect ; parameters of designed filling wall are reasonable, which ensures the safe- ty and stability of S510 mining face and produces much more coal resources of 391 524 t.
