摘要
针对一个生厂商一个销售商组成的二级供应链,当生厂商采取批量生产等量运输时,考虑到第一次订购的提前期包含生产启动时间和生产时间,提出各订购周期设置不同再订购点和采取不同的提前期压缩策略,建立了一个具有服务水平约束的提前期可控的一体化库存模型。最后利用模型性质设计迭代算法,并以实例验证模型和算法的有效性。
This paper considers a two-echelon supply chain consisting of a single-vendor and a single-buyer.We assume that the vendor produces a product in a batch and delivers the lot to the buyer with a number of equal-sized batches.Because the lead time of the first order is composed of production preparation time and production time,each cycle take different reorder point and lead time reduction.An Integrated stochastic inventory model with controllable lead time and service level constraint is considered.And then,an iterative procedure is proposed for solving the model.Finally,numerical examples are used to illustrate the validity of the model and algorithm.
