乳腺癌患者血清中中期因子、血小板因子4以及黏蛋白1含量检测对病情评估的价值 被引量:12

摘要 目的分析乳腺癌患者血清中中期因子(MK)、血小板因子4(PF4)以及黏蛋白1(MUC1)含量检测对病情评估的价值。方法选取2012年11月-2015年1月在绵阳市中心医院接受治疗的乳腺癌患者178例作为观察组对象,根据病理分型不同分为非浸润性癌组32例,早期浸润性癌组50例,中晚期浸润性癌组96例。另取同期在本院接受体检的女性108例作为健康对照组。比较各组研究对象的血清MK、PF4以及MUC1含量;CA153、VEGF、25-OH-D及D-Dimer水平;CEA mRNA、Survivin mRNA、MMP-2 mRNA、TIMP-2mRNA表达等差异。进一步分析血清中MK、PF4以及MUC1含量与乳腺癌恶性生物学指标值之间的相关关系。结果乳腺癌患者的血清MK、PF4、MUC1、CA153、VEGF及D-Dimer、CEA mRNA、Survivin mRNA、MMP-2 mRNA、TIMP-2 mRNA含量明显高于健康对照组,25-OH-D水平低于健康对照组(P<0.05);中晚期浸润性癌组患者的血清MK、PF4、MUC1、CA153、VEGF及D-Dimer、CEA mRNA、Survivin mRNA、MMP-2 mRNA、TIMP-2 mRNA含量高于早期浸润性癌及非浸润性癌患者,25-OH-D水平低于早期浸润性癌及非浸润性癌患者(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者的血清MK、PF4以及MUC1含量可以有效准确的评估患者的病情严重程度,可以作为远期评价临床治疗效果及治疗预后的指标之一。 Objective To analyze the value of serum MK, PF4 and MUC1 content of breast cancer patients in assessment of disease condition. Methods A total of 178 breast cancer patients treated in our hospital between November 2012 and January 2015 were chosen as the subjects of observation group. According to different pathological types, the breast cancer patients were divided into early-invasive cancer group ( = 50), non-invasive cancer group ( = 32) and advanced-invasive cancer group( = 96). At the same time 108 cases of healthy women undergoing medical examination in our hospital were chosen as control group. The differences in serum MK, PF4 and MUC1 content, CA153, VEGF, 25-OH-D and D-Dimer levels, and CEA mRNA, survivin mRNA, MMP-2 mRNA, TIMP-2 mRNA expressions were compared among the groups. The correlations of serum MK, PF4 and MUC1 content with malignant breast cancer indexes were further analyzed. Results Serum MK, PF4, MUC1, CA153, VEGF, D-Dimer, CEA mRNA, survivin mRNA, MMP-2 mRNA and TIMP-2 mRNA levels of the breast cancer patients were signifi-cantly higher than those of the healthy control group, while their 25-OH-D level was lower than that of the healthy control group (P〈0.05). Serum MK, PF4, MUC1, CA153, VEGF, D-Dimer, CEA mRNA, survivin mRNA, MMP-2 mRNA and TIMP-2 mRNA levels were significantly higher while 25-OH-D level was significantly lower in the advanced-invasive group than in the early-invasive carcer and non-invasive cancer groups (P〈0.05). Conclusions Serum MK, PF4 and MUC1 content of breast cancer patients can be effectively and accurately assess the severity of the disease, and can be used as long-term evaluation indicators of therapeutic effect and prognosis.
