摘要
在制冷工业用蒸发器的设计过程中,应首先按设计温度、设计压力进行强度及应力校核,然后在最低使用温度(加50℃后,应高于-20℃)和相应的饱和压力下进行低温低应力工况的强度计算及应力校核,以确定不必遵守低温压力容器的相关规定,以达到降低成本、缩短工期、保护用户利益和增强企业竞争力的目的。为低温低应力工况压力容器的设计提供可供借鉴的经验。
During the process of the design for evaporator in refrigeration industry, it should be calculated for strength and stress by design temperature and pressure at first, then it should be executed by the saturated pressure corresponding to the lowest application temperature (which add 50℃ should be greater than -20℃), so that the design can be confirmed which don' t complied with low temperature vessel By reason of the analysis, the cost is debased, the time limit is shortened, the user benefit is protected, and the corporation competition is enhanced. It provides reference for the design of pressure vessel under the low temperature combined with low stress.
