羽毛球单打比赛中平抽挡技术运用的分析——以2012年全国锦标赛为例 被引量:1

摘要 通过文献资料、录像观察等研究方法,从单打比赛中运用平抽挡技术的频次、时机、回球落点、"双刃性"等方面对羽毛球单打比赛中平抽挡技术的运用进行研究,期望研究能为平抽挡技术训练和运用提供理论依据。研究发现:在单打比赛中,高水平运动员运用挑高球技术而形成平抽挡技术的频率最高;在运用平抽挡技术后,对手的回球主要是在挡网和挑后场上;高水平运动员在比赛中9~15分段时运用平抽挡技术最多;平抽挡技术的优势在于:可以使自身技术趋于完善;可以节约体力;也可以变被动球为主动球;平抽挡技术可以带动场上速度。平抽挡技术的劣势在于:比赛中运用不当会变主动为被动。 By using the methods of literature,observing videos and other research methods,from the frequency,time,back to the ball," the using of block technology to study the badminton singles games draw " two edged",etc,of the singles game using the drive gear technology,a theoretical basis for the research of pumping of block technology training and application is expected to be provided by the research. Discoveries:( 1) In singles,the highest frequency comes from high leveled athletes who use the lob formed drive gear technology;( 2)Gear drive technology is mainly used after the opponent 's return in the backstop and pick back;( 3) In the games,high leveled athletes usually use 9- 15 sub block technology driven up;( 4) Drive block technology advantages are that the technology can make their own perfect,to save energy and can change from passive to active ball,it also could drive the speed. Drive gear technology's disadvantage is that competition in the improper using of it may become passive from positive.
