脂肪因子与银屑病关节炎关系的研究进展

摘要 PsA又称关节病型银屑病，是一种与银屑病相关的慢性炎症性关节病，在中国患病率约为0．02％，银屑病患者中的发病率为6％-41％。疾病发展过程中，银屑病关节炎可出现骨破坏。研究显示诊断2年内的早期PsA，约47％患者的关节炎症可导致至少1个关节结构破坏。
