应重视风湿病眼部受累的临床研究 被引量：1

摘要 风湿病是一组发病机制与自身免疫功能紊乱有关的多系统疾病，其病变涉及全身各系统和器官。眼睛为风湿病常见的受累器官之一。炎性眼病为眼部各部位的非感染、非肿瘤性炎症为主要病理改变的一组疾病，例如边缘性角膜炎、巩膜炎、葡萄炎、视网膜血管炎、视神经炎及眼眶内炎症等。所谓风湿眼病，其实质就是与风湿免疫病相关的眼部炎症性疾病，其临床特点与发病机制与风湿病本身类似，其反复发作所致的功能残疾（致盲）是风湿眼病最严重后果。
