摘要 胖头泡蓄滞洪区是松花江流域防洪体系的重要组成部分,主要承担哈尔滨市100~200 a一遇的防洪任务。蓄滞洪区位于肇源县的西部,自然泡沼较多,泡沼总面积147.28 km^2,总库容22 815万m^3。由于各泡沼缺少供水水源和必要的联通工程,如遇连续枯水年,泡内生态环境将遭遇严重破坏。因此,文章详细论述了如何结合蓄滞洪区建设,利用老龙口生态引水进水闸或南引进水闸在一般丰水年引入一定的洪水,建设多条输水沟道,改善区内的生态环境,调解局地小气候。 The Pangtoupao flood detention zone is an important composition of the flood control system in the Songhua river basin,mainly for the flood control against flood once in 100 to 200 years in Harbin City. The flood detention zone is located in the west of Zhaoyuan County, more of natural marshes with the total area of 147.28km2 and total reservoir storage of 228.15 million m3. Due to lack of water supply sources to marshes and necessary communication project, the ecological environment within the marshes will be damaged seriously in continuous dry years. Therefore, the papers describes in details how to combine the construction of flood detention zone and utilize the intake gate in Laolongkou ecological water diversion or inlet gate in southern water diversion to introduce a certain flood in ordinary rainy years to dig some water conveyance channels for improving the ecological environment and local microclimate within the zone. regulating the
