With the continuous improvement of people＇s living standard in China,the people＇s demand for the material and cultural life has stepped into a higher level, and landscape and ecology of the hydraulic engineering are the issues focused by modern city people. Construction of the hydraulic engineering has not meet only the level of functional requirements, how to utilize the construction of hydraulic engineering to increase the environmental benefits and set up rich ecological resources and landscape resources is the direction of modem water conservancy construction development, realizing ecological civilization of the hydraulic project is the necessary tendency of future project construction.
