摘要
围绕如何加强银行卡技术标准的落地实施,在对比PMP发展模式的基础上,设计了一个由标准管理模块、人员培养模块和知识管理模块组成的闭环工作机制:通过标准管理模块完善标准定义;通过人员培养模块提升技术人员对标准的理解,从而保证标准执行的正确性;通过知识管理模块,形成知识库,加强技术人员对标准的自我学习与自我提高,同时促进标准的完善和执行。实践证明该闭环工作机制能有效提高标准的落地执行。
According to how to enhance the effect of bank-card specification implementation, this paper designs a set of closed-loop working mechanism comparing with the PMP development model. This mechanism includes specification management module which develop specification define, personal training module which improves the comprehension of the specification and ensures the correctness of the specification implementation, and knowledge management module which forms the knowledge base to enhance the self-learning of technology persons and improve the specification and implementation. The practice applications prove the effectiveness of this closed-loop working mechanism in the field of specification implementation.
