采煤机摇臂漏油问题的研究

本文以某煤矿8802工作面MG750/1920-WD型电牵引采煤机为案例,对使用过程中摇臂浮动油封漏油问题进行了研究。主要是对采煤机摇臂结构进行了分析,对采煤机摇臂井下的更换情况进行了综述,从油封安装偏斜,油封承受径向力发生断裂,密封材料的影响三个方面对漏油原因进行了分析,并有针对性的提出了改进方案。

In this paper, taking a coal mine 8802 working face 1920-WD type coal mining machine as a case, the rocker ann floating oil seal oil leakage problem in the using process was studied, the structure of shear rocker arm was analyzed, and summarizes the replacement of the rocker arm in the underground, Then the cause of the leak was analyzed from the oil seal installation deviation, the oil seal bearing the radial force of the fracture, the impact of the sealing material three aspects, and finally targeted to put forward the improvement program.
