全尾砂非胶结充填矿房联合滤水工艺研究实践

Study on the practice process of water cement filling stope combined with non tailings filter

会宝岭铁矿初步设计采用全尾砂非胶结充填,由于尾砂未分级,充填滤水速度慢,为提高充填滤水速率,设计了滤水管滤水和泄水孔滤水相结合的联合滤水法,有效地解决了充填滤水效果慢的问题,实现了矿房连续充填。

the preliminary design uses non-cemented tailings filling of Bao Ling iron, due to use tailings Unrated, the water filtering speed is slow, in order to improve the water filtering speed, the filtration method combined filter and outlet entrance draining was designed ,which effectively solved the problem of slow filling water filtering effect, and realized the continuous filling.
