摘要 对压气机级间篦齿封严进行了实验研究.不同压比下(1.05~1.3),研究转速(1 500~8 100r/min)对压气机级间篦齿封严的工作间隙变化、泄漏特性、温升特性和旋流特性的影响.结果表明:随转速的增大,工作间隙减小,流量降低;小压比时流量系数降低,较大压比时流量系数变化微小.系统风阻温升随转速增大而增大,转速越大时,其温升越明显.另外,随转速的增大,出口盘腔同一径向位置的旋转比增大;同一转速下,随出口盘腔径向位置的增大,旋转比降低. A rotating experiment rig with high rotational speeds was designed for the experiment of labyrinth seal in a compressor stator well. The influences of rotational speed (1 500-8 100 r/min) on the working tip clearance, leakage characteristic, windage heating and swirl characteristics at different pressure ratios (1.05-1.30) were studied. Results show that the working tip clearance decreases and the mass flow rate declines with the increasing of the rotational speed. For low pressure ratios, increasing the rotational speed results in failing discharge coefficient, while the variation of discharge coefficient is relatively small for high pressure ratios. The windage heating of system increases as the rotational speed increases. Higher rotational speed gives much larger temperature rise. In addition, it is obvious that increasing the rotational speed leads to an increase of the swirl ratio at a specific radial location. However, the swirl ratio shows a decrease with increasing radius in the outlet cavity.
