摘要
本文运用系统分析,整体优化的方法,对经济秘书专业人才培养模式进行了深入研究,提出要对学生在校三年期间的课堂教学、养成环境和实践教学等全学程活动整体设计和统筹安排,建立全新的由培养目标、课程体系、实践教学、第二课堂活动、教学管理和学生管理等多层次,全方位构成的经济秘书专业人才培养模式,具有一定的专业建设参考价值。
The article explores a modality on training competent specialized personnel in the specialty of economic secretary by means of systematic analysis and refinement of teaching as a whole. It is proposed that the whole process of students'3 - year studying activities at school, i. e. classroom teaching, training environment and practical teaching, will be planned and arranged integrally. A completely new modality on training talent economic secretaries will be established by overall planning of the training target, course system, practical teaching, activities after class, administration of teaching and administration of students. As reference, the atricle will contribute to the construction of the specialty.
