基于ABAQUS与OpenFresco的结构抗震混合试验平台的研究 被引量:2

摘要 抗震混合试验是目前国内外结构抗震分析研究的热点,文章以ABAQUS为计算引擎,通过用户自定义单元子程序UEL和VUEL实现与连接软件OpenFresco的连接,再通过MTS CSIC数据接口程序实现OpenFresco与MTS电液伺服控制试验系统之间通道的连接,完成本地混合试验系统ABAQUS-OpenFresco-MTS的建立。为验证混合试验系统的准确性和稳定性,文章以3层4跨钢框架模型为研究对象,选取底层左柱为试验单元由MTS 793软件的demo模块模拟加载,其他部分为计算单元以梁单元B31建模在ABAQUS中分析,分别进行显式和隐式的混合模拟。通过与显式和隐式的纯模拟相对比,可以得出本地混合试验系统中ABAQUS、OpenFresco与MTS加载系统具有较好通讯能力,为实际的混合试验做了一个基础研究。 Seimic hybrid simulation is a hotspot of research on structural seismic analysis at home and abroad.In this paper, ABAQUS is used for finite element simulation. By user defined element subroutine UEL and VUEL, ABAQUS can be connected to the software OpenFresco. And by means of data interface program MTS CSIC, OpenFresco can connect to electro hydraulic servo control test system MTS. Then, the local hybrid test system ABAQUS-OpenFresco-MTS can be established. In order to verify the accuracy and stability of the hybrid test system, take the three story four bay benchmark steel frame model as the research object, and the bottom left column is selected as the experiment element, which is simulated by the demo module of MTS 793software's demo system loader, and the other part of the model analyzed in ABAQUS modeled by B31 element.This model was analyzed by explicit and implicit hybrid simulation. By comparing with the explicit and implicit pure analog, It can be concluded that the ABAQUS, OpenFresco and MTS loading system have good communication ability in the local hybrid test system. This paper can be as a basic study for the actual hybrid experiment.
