Comprehensive Construction Technology of Bridge Crossing Shield under Complicated Environment

在南京地铁三号线卡子门站北端盾构区间穿越龙蟠南路高架桥主线桥路基段与高架过渡段,桥桩侵入盾构区间隧道。经过多种方案比选后,采用桥下增加2座临时竖井,矿山法开挖,洞内桩基截除,填充隧道和竖井,盾构正常掘进通过等措施。文章对方案比选、桩基托换和盾构穿越矿山法隧道进行了阐述。

In Nanjing Metro Line 3 clamp the door of the station at the northern end of the shield interval through Lung Poon Road Elevated Bridge Main Bridge subgrade and elevated transition section, bridge pile invasion of shield tunnel. Through a variety of programs than after the election, the bridge increased two temporary shaft, tunneling, cave pile amputation, filled tunnels and shafts, shield driving by measures. In this paper, the scheme selection, the pile foundation underpinning and shield crossing tunnels are drawn.
