摘要
通过在大空隙沥青混合料灌注高流态水泥基灌浆料制备出半柔性路面材料SFP-13,并结合水泥混凝土与橡胶沥青应力吸收层制备出组合式试件。通过车辙试验、疲劳试验来研究半柔性路面铺装层SFP-13的作用功效,并与传统的几种沥青铺装层进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:SFP-13具有最优异的抗车辙性能、疲劳寿命、全寿命经济性能。通过苏博特研发中心2条白加黑新建工程的应用验证了SFP-13用于白加黑沥青铺装层的可行性,并以期为其它类似工程提供借鉴。
The semi flexible pavement material SFP-13 was prepared by pouring the slurry into the large gaped asphalt mixture, and the composite specimens were prepared by the combination of cement concrete and asphalt rubber stress absorbing membrane interlayer. Through the rutting test and fatigue test to study the effect of SFP-13, and compared with the traditional asphalt pavement layer. The results show that SFP-13 has the best anti rutting performance, fatigue life, and full life economic performance. The feasibility of SFP-13 for white and black asphalt pavement is verified by the application of 2 white and black new projects through the Sobute Research Center. The study and the applications will also provide a reference for other similar projects.
