摘要 通过对围护结构的热工性能加以改造,对降低建筑能耗起着至关重要的作用。文章运用DeST(Designer's Simulation Toolkit)建筑能耗模拟软件,模拟寒冷地区既有居住建筑围护结构热工性能改造对建筑能耗的影响,依据对比分析,得出最合理的围护结构热工性能参数,为围护结构改造适宜技术的选用提供科学依据。 The transformation of the thermal performance for the building enclosure plays a crucial role in reducing building energy consumption. By using DeST(Designer's Simulation Toolkit) simulated the influence on building energy consumption of thermal performance for the building enclosure of current residential buildings in cold areas, the research reached the most reasonable thermal performance parameters of the retaining structure according to the comparative analysis, which provides scientific basis for the selection of appropriate technology of retaining structure transformation.
