利用医院感染实时监控系统对医院感染漏报现况的研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨医院感染实时监控系统对降低医院感染漏报率的效果。方法利用医院感染实时监控系统监对医院2013年1月-2015年12月177 059例住院患者中漏报患者情况进行统计分析。结果 2013年1月-2015年12月住院患者177 059例,其中2 496例患者发生2 818例次医院感染,医院感染率为1.41%;其中漏报374例,漏报率为14.98%;感染漏报部位前3位分别为上呼吸道感染、血液感染和泌尿系感染,分别占46.25%、12.38%和12.11%。结论利用医院感染实时监控软件可及时发现医院感染及漏报病例,及时督促临床医师,及时网络报告,降低医院感染漏报率。 OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of real-time monitoring system for nosocomial infections on reduction of missing report rate of nosocomial infection cases.METHODS By means of the real-time monitoring system for nosocomial infection,the statistical analysis of the missing report rate of patients with infections was performed for 177 059 patients who were hospitalized from Jan 2013 to Dec 2015.RESULTS Of totally 177 059 patients who were hospitalized from Jan 2013 to Dec 2015,2 496(2 818case-times)patients had nosocomial infections,with the incidence of nosocomial infection 1.41%;totally 374 cases were missed to report,with the missing report rate14.98%,of whom 46.25% had upper respiratory tract infection,12.38% had blood infection,and 12.11% had urinary tract infection.CONCLUSIONThe use of the real-time monitoring system for nosocomial infections may facilitate the timely discovery of the nosocomial infection cases and underreporting cases,supervise the clinicians,and initiate the network report so as to reduce the missing report rate.
