Discussions surrounding overcapacity at the just- concluded G20 Summit in Hangzhou. east China＇s Zhejiang Province. indicate that the problem has caught the attention of the world＇s leading economies. However, few concrete action plans to mitigate the im- pact of overcapacity on world economic growth were crafted. This demonstrates that the intemational com- munity has yet to surmount a number of obstacles.
