通过5-10年的努力,济南区域性金融中心的金融资源集聚效应将明显增强:国内外银行、证券、保险等各类持牌金融机构300家以上;各类产业基金、创投基金、担保公司、小贷公司、融资租赁等准金融机构2000家以上;会计、法律、资产评估、信用评级、产权经纪等各类专业服务机构5000家以上;金融、准金融翻关专业机构从业人员达到20万人以上。

The city of Jinan has been engaged in creating its regional financial center into an influential regional center of finance in China.The agglomeration effect of Jinan's regional financial center will be significantly intensified in the next 5to 10 years.There will be over 300 licensed financial institutions involved in banking,security,insurance and so on,more than 2,000 quasi-financial institutions such as industrial funds,venture capital funds,bonding company,smallsum loan business,finance lease and so on,over 5,000 professional service organizations regarding accounting,law,assets evaluation,credit rating and property management,more than 200,000 employees working in the institutions and organizations mentioned above.At the same time,the radiating capacity of the center will be remarkably improved.The number of licensed financial institutions in Jinan and management companies of headquarters- industry funds will exceed 100.Over1,000 branches of the financial institutions with a reputation at home and abroad will be set up inside and outside Shandong province.The variety and scope of trade will be expanded with an annual turnover of financial assets of over 1 trillion yuan.It will promote to establish markets with the annual turnover of one hundred billion in the field of equity investment,creditor's rights,intellectual property,petrochemical technology,rural property rights,energy environment,gold,cultural property and mechanized equipment.Jinan has drawn up a clear roadmap for the regional financial center.
