Due to continuous rainfall,the weather gets cooler and the springs in Changqing district seem to be more alluring.The gentle breeze brought forth a sense of civilized atmosphere of new countryside in the villages of Changqing where have uncluttered roads and blossoming trees.As a matter of fact,it is just one of Changqing's achievements in the integration of environmental sanitation in urban and rural areas.Since taking the initiative to implement the integrated environmental sanitation in the city and the countryside in March 2012,Changqing presented a lengthy list of accomplishments around the objectives of achieving 'low-cost operation,assiduous endeavor and outstanding outcomes',under the leadership of the CPC Changqing district committee and district government and energetic support of the city management bureau.It passed the provincial all-around assessment of integrated urban and rural environmental sanitation in 2015 and ranked 38 th in the telephone surveying of crowd's satisfaction for the integration of environmental sanitation in urban and rural areas.As the saying goes,he who docs not advance loses ground.The task of sanitation does not allow any omissions as it may lead to stagnation and even retrogression.The district has formulated the 'nine concrete clauses ' ' to concatenate the urban and rural sanitation works in line with 'actual circumstances,detailed analysis,radical overhaul and long-term management '.
