大黄蛰虫丸联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化疗效观察

The clinical observation of treatment of Dahuang Zhechong pill combined with entecavir in chronic hepatitis B patient with liver cirrhosis

[目的]评价大黄蛰虫丸联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化的临床疗效。[方法]将64例慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化患者随机分成对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组单用恩替卡韦片治疗,观察组予大黄蛰虫丸联合恩替卡韦片治疗,2组均连续治疗6个月。比较2组临床疗效和治疗前后肝功能(ALT、AST和TBIL)和肝纤维化(HA、PCⅢ、IV-C和LN)指标变化。[结果]治疗后,观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组血清ALT、AST、TBIL、HA、PCⅢ、IV-C和LN水平均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]大黄蛰虫丸联合恩替卡韦可明显改善慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化患者肝功能和肝纤维化指标,疗效优于单用恩替卡韦治疗,值得临床推广应用。

[Objective]To evaluate the clinical observation of treatment of Dahuang Zhechong Pill combined with entecavir in chronic Hepatitis B patient with liver cirrhosis.[Methods]The 64 cases of chronic Hepatitis B patient with liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,32 cases in each group.Control group was treated with entecavir treatment,observation group were given Dahuang Zhechong Pill combined with entecavir treatment,two groups were treated for 6months.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,and the changes of liver function（ALT,IV-C and AST）and liver fibrosis（LN,TBIL,PC and HA）were compared between the groups.[Results]The effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,and the serum AST,TBIL,ALT,HA,LN,PC and IV-C were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Dahuang Zhechong Pill combined with entecavir can improve the liver function and liver fibrosis index in chronic Hepatitis B patient with liver cirrhosis,the effect is better than the single treatment with entecavir,worthy of clinical application.
