产教融合人才培养中现代学徒制的价值探析

中国经济发展正处于要素增长向创新驱动转变的关键时期,人才培养是实现目标的核心任务之一。"现代学徒制"代表国际先进的职业教育理念,是培养专业技能型人才的主导模式,是职业教育实现"产教融合"的重要途径。剖析"现代学徒制"内涵、特征、价值,力求产业、行业、企业、学校及社会各个方面达成践行"现代学徒制"的高度共识,进一步推动产教融合,深化职业院校教育教学改革,提升现代职业教育办学质量,为国民经济转型升级培养急需的高端技能型人才。

China＇s economic development is in the key stage from elements increase to innovationdriven transformation,and talent cultivation is one of core tasks to realize this goal.The＂modern apprenticeship system＂represents the internationally advanced vocational education idea;it is the dominant mode to cultivate professional skilled talents and also an important way to realize＂industry-education integration＂of vocational education.This paper analyzes the connotation,feature,and value of＂modern apprenticeship system＂,expecting that a high consensus can be achieved on practice of＂modern apprenticeship system＂between sector,industry,enterprise,school and society,so as to further promote the industry-education integration,deepen the education and teaching reform of vocational colleges,and improve the modern vocational education quality,therefore,cultivating the high-end skilled talents in urgent need for national economic transformation and upgrading.
