我国老年社会保障中的政府行为研究

Research on Act of Government in the Social Security for Aged of China

现阶段人口老龄化已成为我国无法回避的最大现实问题,日益扩大的老年社会保障需求与相对不足的社会保障供给之间的矛盾强烈要求政府进一步涉入老年社会保障中发挥着至关重要的作用。深入分析政府承担老年社会保障的现状,以及我国在政府介入方面仍然存在的诸多问题,进而针对出现的一系列问题找出优化我国老年社会保障中政府行为的相关对策,从而全方位、多领域地健全我国老年社会保障事业。

At the present stage,the aging of population has become the largest problem of reality of China that we cannot avoid.With the deepening of contradiction between the increasingly growing demands of social security for aged and the relatively insufficient supplies of social security,the government is strongly required to further intervene in the social security for aged to play an important role.This paper analyzes the current situation that the government bears the social security for aged and the problems existing in government intervention,and then,aiming at a series of problems,it finds out the related relative countermeasures to optimize the act of government in social security for aged of China,so as to perfect the career of China in social security for aged from many aspects and in many fields.
