摘要
从规模与扩张、服务量与份额、人员与效率、信任危机等方面,分析了民营医院发展存在的问题与机遇,并对如何构建有利的政策环境、提高民营医院内部管理水平等提出了建议与对策。
The problems and challenges of private hospital development are analyzed from scale and expansion, service amount and share, staff and efficiency, and crisis of confidence, etc. Finally, the paper gives suggestions on how to construct a favorable policy environment, and how to improve the management and supervision system of pri- vate hospitals.
