北京大学第三医院能耗监管系统的构建与运用

Construction and Application of Energy Consumption Monitoring and Regulating System in Peking University Third Hospital

近年来,随着我国医院医疗科技的发展和诊疗环境的改善,医院的能源消耗也在不断地上涨。掌握医院的用能模式并对能源数据加以统计分析是开展能源管理的基础。基于北京大学第三医院已建成并投入使用的能耗监管系统,通过能耗计量、数据分析、节能诊断和指标管理等措施,积极开展医院能耗的应用研究,扎实有效地推进医院能源管理工作,以期达到提高医院能源的使用效率、优化医院运营管理的目的。

Recently, with the development of medical science and the improvement of diagnosis environment in China＇s hospitals, the hospital energy consumption is rising constantly. Mastering the hospital energy use and analyzing the energy data are the bases of energy management. Based on the energy consumption monitoring and regulating system having been completed and applied in Peking University Third Hospital, through energy metering, data analyzing, diagnosis of energy saving, target management and so on, the application research of hospital energy consumPtion has been carried out actively and the hospital energy management has been promoted effectively, in order to improve the efficiency of hospital energy use and achieve the optimization of hospital operation.
