益元清肝健运汤治疗2型糖尿病并高脂血症的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Liver Yiyuan Tang Jian Yun Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes and Hyperlipidemia

目的分析益元清肝健运汤治疗2型糖尿病并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法回顾性的选择2015年2月—2016年5月该院收治89例2型糖尿病并高脂血症患者临床资料,根据治疗时所采用不同方法分为两组,对照组40例给予西医综合方法,研究组49例给予益元清肝健运汤,对比两组血糖、血脂水平。结果研究组FBG、P2 h BG、Hb A1c水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组TC、TG、LDC-C水平比对照组低,HDL-C水平比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病并高脂血症应用益元清肝健运汤治疗能有效降低血糖,同时调整血脂,具有实用价值。

Objective To analyze the health movement Tang Yi Yuan Liver treatment of type 2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia clinical efficacy. Methods Retrospective Selection February 2015- May 2016 our hospital 89 cases of type 2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia hyperlipidemia patients with clinical data, according to the different treatment methods,the patients are divided into two groups, a control group of 40 patients given western medicine integrated approach, study group of 49 patients given Liver health movement Yiyuan Tang, compared two groups of blood glucose and lipid levels. Results The study group FBG, P2 h BG, Hb A1 c levels than the control group（P〈0.05）; the study group TC, TG, LDC-C levels lower than the control group, HDL-C levels higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Type 2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia application Yiyuan Tang Liver health movement therapy can effectively lower blood sugar, while adjusting lipids, has practical value.
