摘要 结合近几年纬编针织智能化技术和应用系统开发方面的研究,阐述国内外相关技术与系统开发情况。详细介绍圆纬机生产过程中采用的实时监控系统和织物疵点检测系统,纬编针织物自动验布系统和织物结构自动识别系统,以及针织CAD与CAM系统,并详细阐述各个系统的工作原理和工作特点。纬编针织智能化技术有助于生产过程的智能化,可以减少用工、提高生产效率,但智能化系统的可靠性与稳定性还有待进一步提高。 This paper introduces the teehnolngy and system development in domestic and overseas based on the study of the weft knitting intelligence technology, and application system development in recent years. It introduces in detail the real-time monitor system and knitted fabric defects detection in the production process of circular weft knitting machine, the automatic fabric inspection system, the fabric stnleture automatic identification system and knitting CAD and CAM. In addition, it presents the working principle and working characteristics of every system. The weft knitting intelligence technologies contribute to the production process intelligence, labor reduction and pro- ductivity increase, but the reliability and stability of intelligence system shouhl be further improved.
