摘要
分析经济型电脑横机的三角结构及不同编织状态下的走针针路,提出其主要不足在于:每行只能一次选针,即只有两针道编织,编织效率较低,三角控制机构复杂。在此基础上设计开发经济型电脑横机新型三角结构,其具有二次选针,每行可进行三针道编织,三角控制方式简单。通过详细分析各种编织状态的针路,可知改装后的电脑横机编织效率提高,编织效果更好,可产生较好的经济效益。
Based on the analysis of the cam structures anti needle tracks in different knitting processes of the economical computerized flat knitting, this paper pointes nut some disadvantages such as only once needle selection in each course and only two needle tracks, low efficiency and complex cram structures. Then it introduces the new cam structure of the economical computerized flat knitting machine, which possesses twice needles selection, three needle tracks of each course anti simple cam structure. The needle tracks in different types of knitting are analyzed, which can greatly improve efficiency and the knitting effect and the economic return.
