摘要
选用28.0 tex(21S)棉纱、10.0 tex(60S)异形涤纶纱、4.4 tex(40 D)氨纶编织成棉盖涤针织物,采用环保型液体硫化染料和还原染料对织物印花,之后通过喷洒高锰酸钾溶液的方式使印花部位部分褪色,并对织物进行柔软整理,开发了一种立体朦胧印花针织牛仔布。结果表明,该产品具有朦胧色效果,吸湿性好,手感柔软,耐皂洗、耐摩擦色牢度满足要求,产品花色丰富,个性化强,风格新颖、独特。
The paper develops a three-dimensional hazy printed knitted denim by using 28.0 tex (21s) cotton yarn, 10.0 rex (60s) profiled polyester fiber, and 4.4 tex (40 D) spandex fiber to knit cotton-plaited polyester fabrics, using environment friendly liquid sulfur dyes and vat dyes for fabric printing, fading part of the printing by spraying potassium permanganate solution, and using soft finishing agent for fabric finishing. The results show that the product has the advartages of hazy color, good hygroscopicity, soft handle, good color fastness, rich color, I?ersonalization, novel and unique style.
