摘要
通过对经过剥分处理得到的蒙脱土片晶进行改性处理,与DNA(脱氧核糖核酸)混合制得蒙脱土与DNA复合溶胶。利用制得的蒙脱土与DNA复合溶胶对涤棉织物进行阻燃整理,测试并分析了阻燃整理对涤棉织物形态结构、阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,改性蒙脱土片晶在DNA的作用下可实现对涤棉织物的均匀包覆,在对涤棉织物强力影响不大的情况下能够赋予其良好的阻燃效果。
Montmorillonitel amellae obtained by stripping treatment was modified, and composite sol was ob- tained by mixing modified-montmorillonite and DNA. The polyester and cotton blended fabrics were finished with this sol. The morpbologieal structure, fire-retarding and mechanical properties of the blended fabrics were tested and analyzed. The results show that modified montmorillonite amellae can be coated on the fibers uniformly with the help of DNA, and endow blended fabrics with good fire-retarding properties, but which has little influence on strength.
