摘要
探究了涤棉混纺针织物染涤、漂棉一浴新工艺,通过正交试验优化分析了涤棉宝TC-B用量、氢氧化钠用量、过氧化氢用量和漂棉时间对处理后织物白度的影响。并将优化后工艺及配套助剂涤棉宝TC-A、涤棉宝TC-B和涤棉宝TC-D应用于大生产实践,测试并对比了新工艺与传统工艺的效果。结果表明:最佳漂棉处方为涤棉宝TC-B用量1.25 g/L,烧碱用量1.00 g/L,27.5%H2O2用量8.00 g/L,80℃保温50min;新工艺处理后织物的白度、毛效、拉伸断裂强力均不低于传统工艺,且无棉籽壳残留。
One bath short process of dyeing polyester and bleaching cotton about polyester and cotton blended fabric was studied. The effects of Dimianbao TC-B dosage, sodium hydroxide dosage, hydrogen peroxide dosage, and hleaching time on whiteness were optimized through orthogonal experiments. And then using optimized process and relative auxiliary Dimianbao such as TC-A and TC-D to real production, it was compared with traditional pro- cess. The results show that the optimal bleaching process is that the dosage of scouring agent TC-B is 1.25 g/L, the dosage of NaOH is 1.00 g/L, the dosage of 30%H2O2 is 8.00 g/L, temperature is 80℃ and time is 50 min- utes. Factory application practice shows that the whiteness, capillary effect, and tensile breaking strength of new process are not lower than traditional process. Without residue of cotton seed shell.
