腈纶混纺织物氯化锌法定量分析的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 现行标准中的二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)法用于腈纶混纺织物定量分析时,存在对人体有害、对试验环境要求高等缺点,文中采用氯化锌法测试混纺织物中腈纶纤维的含量。探讨了氯化锌溶液溶解腈纶纤维的最佳工艺,并采用氯化锌法测试了腈纶与锦纶、腈纶与黏胶、腈纶与天丝以及腈纶与涤纶常见混纺织物中腈纶纤维含量,并与DMF法进行了对比分析。结果表明,氯化锌溶液浓度为7.0 mol/L时,在常温下30 min即可将腈纶纤维完全溶解;氯化锌法精确度不低于DMF法,且氯化锌溶液低毒、环保,可作为一种新型的腈纶混纺产品定量分析方法。 Dimethyl formamide(DMF) method in present national standard when testing the acrylic fiber content is harmful to human body, which needs high requirements on experimental enviroments. In this paper,acrylic fiber content was tested by zinc chloride method. The dissolving condition was optimized, and the acrylic content was tested in acrylic and nylon, acrylic and viscose, acrylic and Tencel, and acrylic and polyester blended sample by zinc chloride method, which was compared with the dimethyl formamide method. The results show thai the best dissolving condiition is thai zinc chloride is 7.0 mol/L, time is 30 minutes, and the accuracy is the same as DMF method; at same lime, zinc chloride has the properties of low toxicity and environmental protection. The method can provide guidance and reference for the quantitative analysis of acrylic blended products.
