西南地区水稻产业发展现状及存在问题与对策

Rice Industry Actuality,Existing Problems and Solutions in Southwest China

西南地区是我国六大稻区之一,为促进西南地区水稻产业的持续稳定发展,针对其水稻产业现状,从基础生产条件较差、气象灾害频发重发、稳定面积难度较大和科技创新瓶颈较多等方面分析了存在的问题,从深入挖掘西南地区水稻的独特文化、稳步推进西南地区水稻生产发展、加大水稻科技创新支撑力度以及加快西南特色大米产业发展等方面提出对策建议。

Southwest is one of China＇s six major rice producing regions, to promote the sustainable and stable development of rice industry in Southwest, the authors analyzed the existing problems of rice industry in Southwest China, such as the poor agricultural production conditions, the serious and frequently oeeurring meteorological disasters, the difficulty to maintain a stable area and the bottleneck of technology innovation. Finally, the authors put forward some advices, such as deepping excavation of the unique rice culture, promoting the development of rice production steadily, strengthening rice science and technology innovation support, and accderating the development of the characteristics of rice industry in Southwest China.
